In 2 individual cups, distribute the fruits and reserve. In a bowl, moisturize the gelatin in 3 tablespoons of cold water and bring to the boil in a water bath until dissolved.
Reserve.
In a bowl, dissolve the OPTIFIBRE in coconut water. Add the reserved gelatin, mix well and distribute in the reserved cups. Refrigerate for about 3 hours, or until firm.
